Arden Bay is a family run establishment with the comfort of our guests always taking priority. Our aim is to combine excellent hospitality, comfort and service within a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Arden Bay is beautifully situated on a level, only 80 yards from Preston’s safe, sandy, blue flag beach and colourful summer beach huts. Paignton sands, harbour and shops are only a few minutes walk away. The local bus, train and coach stations are within level walking distance; however we do have our own car parking facilities.
